Did you? Do it? Cyber shopping today? I tried. Honestly, I did. I spent a LOT of time going through all the emails that came my way from all the shops I like to shop at. But you know what? I thought it was a waste of time! The toys that are on sale are crappy ones or for small children, the clothes sales are pretty good but the kids are taken care of and I don't want to buy any new clothes for me because I refuse to pay money for clothes that I PRAY I won't fit into in the next couple of months (yeah, I've been saying that for how many years? - hmph) and the rest of the stuff just seemed junky. Am I getting picky? AND a wickedly honest mouth?
I had a revelation a couple of days ago...I always, and I mean ALWAYS, tried to please everyone and avoid confrontation. As of late, I feel prickly all over and have I been feisty! Perhaps I'm growing up and won't take crap anymore? Who knows, but I realize I have to bite my tongue A LOT as there's much there that shouldn't be said. Sometimes I don't bite hard enough and exactly how I feel starts coming out! The old me would never have talked like that. I keep telling my kids that growing up stinks sometimes. I guess this is one of my stinky points in my life. I'm sorry for any smells that may come your way! Maybe I've been sick for too long. Coughing, hacking up phlegm, horrible head pain - sinus problems stink, too.
