It's always a happy December when we hear Christmas carols playing everywhere! I hope everyone had a wonderful and blessed Thanksgiving and that the upcoming holidays become a time of great joy and happiness. I don't want to be the kind of person who dreads the holidays because of all the stress it brings with shopping and making sure everyone is happy with their gifts. Nope, I'm not going to do that. I will focus on the true meaning of the season of Advent and prepare for the coming of the Christ Child. I will work to step out of the darkness and into the light and THAT will be my focus.
